Must Have

Architectural knowledge in Content Management System and Web Portal. Hands on knowledge on Alfresco CMS is a must.

 

Setup Alfresco CMS and provide training to key business users on the out of box feature to gain business user confidence on the Alfresco CMS as preferred solution

 

•           Works closely with the Business Analyst during requirements gathering for validating technical feasibility of the requirements.

•           Gathers Non-Functional Requirements related to Enterprise Content Management(ECM) platform and Web Portal

•           Evaluates and maps out-of-box features of Alfresco CMS with functional requirement

•           Prepares Technical blue print for the ECM and Web Portal

•           Participates in detailed estimation at the end of the requirement phase

•           Install & setup Alfresco CMS

•           Demo features and capture feedback

•           1-day training on OOTB features of Alfresco to end users

•           Trial usage for content authors

•           Identify customization needs

•           Identify Features of CMS to be used by mapping with use cases

•           High level architecture including tools/technologies to be used

•           Detailed Roadmap and Implementation Plan
