Title: Web Programmer

Skills: HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash, Javascript, XML, Cold Fusion, ASP, JSP, PHP, SQL

 Description:

Individual and team contributor providing specialized technical and business knowledge in implementing web-related applications and enhancement projects utilizing web-computing architectures. Fosters and maintains good relationships with internal clients and IT colleagues and meets expected client customer service efforts. Typically a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and 1-2 years of Internet/Intranet/web design, development, and implementation experience. Experience using HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash, Javascript, XML, and Cold Fusion and/or ASP, JSP, or PHP. Skilled in web technologies (tools, system software), current web "usability" best practices, and use of CSS (cascading style sheets). Knowledgeable of new directions in web architecture, language and tools. Working knowledge of at one RDBMS (e.g. SQL, Oracle) or advanced programming experience is a plus.

 Responsibilities:

Develops new web pages, including programming of content, navigation and graphics. Maintains existing web pages, including updating of content, navigation and graphic. Develops & maintains front-end graphical user interface for web-site based applications & processes. Participates in collaborative project management and staff meetings with Web team members & IT. Troubleshoots web site maintenance issues, including problems with web servers, IT-based apps, etc. Responds to client inquiries and urgent requests. Supports Web Business Technologists and Graphic Artist Web Designer in developing new site layouts.
