Job Description: We are looking for experienced, energetic, individuals who enjoy working with financial systems and processes for the role of Senior Consultant and Senior Consultant in our Business Performance Management practice, focusing on Hyperion Financial Management.

Responsibilities include:

The Senior Consultant is responsible for all aspects of project management, rules and metadata builds, requirements gathering, system design, and client mentoring. 
Project management will include good communication skills, creating and maintaining a design document and project plan. 
You should be Oracle/Hyperion Certified in Hyperion Financial Management and comfortable will all aspects of an implementation.

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the application build.  
You should be comfortable creating metadata, process management, creating web forms and grids, training documentation, SmartView, reports and data integration.  

Must have Skills:

·Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with financial processes such as planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial consolidation.
·Candidates must posses a strong systems background and have experience in following software tools; Primarily in Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Reports, Hyperion Analyzer.
·Must have experience in financial software implementations and project management.
·Candidates should possess excellent problem solving and communication skills as well as the following technical skills:
o Hyperion Financial Consolidation Solutions: Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Enterprise, Enterprise Reporting, Spreadsheet Add-In
o Hyperion Essbase & Enabling Analysis Solutions: Essbase OLAP, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-In
o Hyperion Financial Analysis Solutions: Hyperion Planning
o Hyperion Analysis Tools and Solutions:  Hyperion Reports
o Front End and Development Tools
o Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Sybase SQL Anywhere, Interbase
o SQL, Visual Basic, Delphi
 

Additional skills:

· Bachelors Degree in IT or Business Degree such as Finance or Accounting.
· MBA or CPA is a great plus.
