Need SQL Server Developer with OLAP and migration experience

They want people with OLAP and migration experience.
We are looking for candidates with SQL2000 to SQL 2005/2008 migration background with expertise in SSAS / OLAP area. Most of the candidates spoke to had very little experience with SSAS / OLAP and more of SSIS experience (DTS to SSIS migration). Some of the candidates who had experience in OLAP was related to one or two cube designs and not related to migration.
