REQUIRED SKILLS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyzing use cases and detail system designs for testing scenarios
• Analyzing and identifying flaws in design logic and identifying defects the in code
• Verify requirements are tested and traceability to scripts is maintained
• Designing and writing test scripts (System, Integration, Regression, Conversion and Performance)
• Executing System, Integration, Regression, Conversion and Performance Testing
• Driving the defect management process and verify incidents are resolved
• Preparing test status reports
• Assist with and help coordinate UAT test cycles with client
• Provide training on test guidelines/tools to team members

Education and Experience:
• BS or BA and 5-7 years experience, or Masters and 2-3 years experience
• Experience in requirements analysis, system design, and system testing of large-scale public sector custom developed systems
• Experience with using test management tools such as Quality Center , Clear Quest or similar
• Experience in using UML and SQL
• Experience leading test teams.
• Experience with testing custom web-based applications, complex interfaces, business rules engines and workflow engines.
