 Job Duties: SAP Document Management (DMS) : Some of the activities to performed are listed below Content Server Integration Document locking check-in / check-out Metadata search & configuration Integration with workflow configuration Security associated with DMS implementation The overwhelming majority of the documents and images in the content server should be linked to business objects within SAP itself. However, it is not a requirement that all are. Solution needs to allow content to be loaded into the content server by paths other than R3. Email / Fax Integration TREX Full text search implementation

Location Atlanta. Must be local inclusive rate.

UPDATE!!!!!!! we can not go with resources with basic knowledge because there will be very little time for ramping up and learning curve. ArchiveLink is key for the success of the document management at client. If the resource has been expose to the travel & expense management from ESS and loading expense document that would be great.

Functional Overall OTC skills Visit planning Shipment processing Settlement
o Check out / in
o Van sales
o Pre-sales
o Cash collections
o Expense reporting
o Time reporting
o Difference postings Integrated order management i.e. order entry processing

Technical Functional specs for client customizations Debugging ABAP code Output documents
Other (nice to have) Integration with mobile devices Integration with sales force automation systems
Seniority / Experience Senior Consultant 5 years SAP consulting in SD/LE 2 DSD implementations
