Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with Web Application development with Java, J2EE, web services, ideally REST and/or Weblogic-based, and XML.  They should be willing and able communicators with proven experience working with Business Analysts and other developers to reach design compromises.

 

Additional skills that will give a candidate an advantage are: Weblogic, Apache, clustered server environments.
