-            Database, Data Warehousing & Reporting experience

-            Strong interpersonal, influence, communication and project management skills

-            Strong problem and data analysis skills

-            Minimum of 7 years experience with web Javascript, C, and Perl, among other technologies

-            Strong software development and architectural skill and the ability to ramp-up quickly and cover many domain areas

-            Data Quality

-            Quality Assurance and process improvement

-            BS/MS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
