Project description: Client facing role. Successful candidate will join the client's Customer Care System Development team and work as a developer working/reporting directly for/to the customer. No GR. Team supports the multiple .Net applications and their interfaces. Interaction with business team and end users is required.
Required skills: .Net developer for several PHI applications which support energy supplier and load information. Responsibilities include interpreting business requirements, analysis, design, developing system and technical specifications, coding, unit testing, user acceptance testing setup and support, documentation, providing estimates, deployment, and production support. Database work involves working with database architecture, SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Interaction with both business team and end users is required; to understand business needs, work through UAT, and to train users on new functionality.

Additional comments: Successful candidate will join the customer's team and report to the customer with matrixed reporting to the IBM contract management team (remotely).
12 months assignment on customer site in Washington DC. No T&L.
