- Client is having issues with UCM and Siebel Call Center not synching up properly.
- We need a Siebel Data Consultant with Siebel Data Models.
- Siebel UCM experience is a plus
- Resource should be more data focused – someone who understands the Siebel Data Model
- Abilities to write good SQL Queries and can build some Automation, figure out ways to cross-check inconsistencies with Data Replication, etc.
