TIBCO PROGRAMMING SPECIALIST/SR. DEVELOPER ==
- Hands-on programming expertise with primarily BusinessWorks 5.6+ and iProcess 11.0+
- Hands-on experience configuring EMS Queues, topics, users
- Designing schemas, messaging patterns, process flows
- Integrating with: sync/async services; Oracle, Web Svcs, EJBs, LDAP
- Exception handling; integrating with auditing framework
- Designing, developing and installing BW, iProcess, EMS components
- Developing Tibco deployment and SQL scripts
- Unit testing, documenting test results, supporting QA testing
- Experienced in Agile/SDLC methods and source code management
- experience in digital video/high speed data/VoIP preferred
- excellent verbal & written communications skills
- ability to effectively work with minimal supervision both individually and in a team setting
- perform multiple tasks and adjust focus based on workload or priority/direction


Rek#2:: Sr. CA:GEN Developer (Cool:GEN or Advantage Gen)

Duration: 6+ months 
Start: ASAP 

OVERVIEW: 
IT department is currently seeking a contract CA GEN (formerly known as Cool:GEN or Advantage Gen) developer/analyst. As an analyst you will have the opportunity to exercise Agile Software Development Methodology and to work in a self-directed team environment on all phases of the software development life cycle. 
REQUIRED: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
5+ years of experience in IT solutions development, preferably in a medium to large corporate environment 
3 to 5 years recent experience with CA GEN toolset and encyclopedia, using CBD methodology 
Knowledge of business rules concepts, technologies, and products. 
Demonstrated advanced competency with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio. 
Understanding of SQL and DB2 
Experience in all phases of software development life cycle methodologies and processes 
Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving 
PREFERRED: 
Developing CA Gen Java proxy 
Working knowledge of GuardIEn, Endevor, TIBCO 
Working with offshore team 
Understanding of the following: JCL, CICS, TSO/ISPF 
Experience in Agile Development Methodology 
Knowledge of transportation industry
