Duration: 3 months C2H for perfect candidate 1 YEAR (with possible extension)
*** Specialized/Practical Knowledge:
• Support Analyst for Hyperion v9/v11 Financial Management system.
• 4+ Years of experience in Hyperion implementation or support projects.
• Fluent in design & development of Hyperion Reporting products; Financial Reports, Web Analysis, Interactive Reporting.
• All aspects Hyperion System v9/v11 Application support.
• Design, develop and support of both inbound and outbound Hyperion interfaces.
• Work with business owners to evaluate and test impact of bug fixes, new function and version releases.
• Develop procedures and documentation for systems and/or programs.
• Support and maintain existing systems through on-going development effort and problem resolution.
• Experience with installation and upgrades of all Hyperion System 9 server and client components.
• Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written)
• Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
• Must have the ability to work independently
