Duration: 12+ months (Locals preferred and/or F2F is required)
Start: $DOE/hr CTC

REQUIRED:
8+ years experience developing system applications.
5+ years experience with Java technologies
5+ years experience writing technical specifications for large systems that integrate both custom solutions and COTS applications, Payroll Tax reporting development experience

PREFERRED:
A wide array of experience in software development technologies and platforms, including ColdFusion, Web services, Java, Oracle databases and SQL, Identify and Access Management, business intelligence implementations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Application Development Design/Software Engineering Services provides for the technical oversight of code construction for the described ITS Initiatives projects, during the development lifecycles. Services include but are not limited to: plan for the releases, develop a technical architecture, coordinate the code construction with multiple development teams, provide documented development and Quality Control standards, and provide technical leadership and troubleshooting, design, modify, develop, and implement software programming applications, support and/or install software applications/operating systems, and participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
