Title: Business Analyst with Property and Casualty exp

Location: Sun Prairie, WI

Duration: 12 months

Functions will include the following:

Facilitate meetings with SMEs and Business users as necessary.

Use knowledge of Insurance Practices and objectives to provide context to data, processes, systems and objectives.

Support the Project Manager and technical team leads so that project deliverables are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Manages to scope and assists in the change management process when necessary.

Prepare documents necessary to support Data Governance processes and personnel.

Assist in developing test plans and use cases.

Analyze business rules and document business practices.

Prepare Business Requirements documents for the following:

Reports

Data Marts

Expanded data element definitions

Facilitate the mapping of new definitions to the Logical Object Model.

Facilitate the OLA creation for each Source System.

Minimums:

Minimum 3 years experience as a BA.

Strong background in Property and Casualty insurance industry.

Demonstrated experience in requirements documentation and processes, ability to produce high quality work under tight time pressures, excellent organization, should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, self starter that needs little direction.
