Requirements
Must be US Citizen
Must be able to pass extensive Background investigation including Criminal and Financial
Minimum 6-8 years experience in a position as a Senior Remedy Developer using the Helpdesk/Service Desk, SLM, Asset Management, and Change Management, Atrium CMDB modules
Remedy Action Request System 7.x, ITSM Suite 7.x Service Desk, Change Management, SLM, Asset Management, SRMS, Release Management, Atrium CMDB 2.0, 7.x
ITIL V3 foundation certified
Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Must be US Citizen
