Position: Senior .NET Developer

 

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Face to Face is required after telephonic

 

Responsibilities:

• The  .NET Developer  will demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting complex enterprise level applications and other system software using a strong working knowledge of server administration, .NET Development of applications, relational database concepts,  and superior oral and written communications skills to effectively convey progress, issues, reports, and other customer deliverables with clarity and value. 

Ideal candidate should have 11+years of Total exp.

 

Requirements:

• Progressive IT Software development experience in .NET
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management and/or Records Management Systems
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 & 2010 using C#, VB (C/C++ nice but not mandatory)
• MKS 2007 or 2009 (or Experience and understanding of any Source Control Software)
• Windows Operating System Server 2000, 2003 and Workstation (VISTA, Windows7)
• Ability to Develop and Maintain multiple applications simultaneously
• Experiencing developing applications interfacing with DB2 using SQL and DB2 Connect
• Experience developing applications that interface with IBM Content Manager
• Experience developing applications using Document conversion tools such as Lead Tools, Snowbound etc.
• Experience with XML processing such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc.
• Strong relational database experience - DB2
• Experience working with IBM Web Sphere Application server
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation of architecture, high and low level design documents for applications development.
• Ability to Evaluate and Analyze Systems Requirements
• Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application systems
• Actively participates and leads design initiatives, design meetings, architectural review, and code reviews.
• Designs, develops, integrates, and deploys architectural and programming solutions, with adherence to standards, plans, and specifications.
• Designs, develops, integrates, and deploys enterprise solutions, applying reverse-engineering and reengineering disciplines to develop strategic solutions.
• Experience working with deployment scripts - server build, installs, etc.
• Experience implementing SOA Web Services, including security
• Section 508 Experience
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
