The Architect-Developer will lead the definition of the technical solution involving Agile development. Responsibilities: - · Confirm the existing architecture (requirements, design, interfaces)

- · Lead in the Agile development of a custom solution
- · Review and revise the release plan
- · Review and revise the project schedule
- · Provide estimates for team work efforts
- · Collaborate with local and off-site resources including client personnel
- · Mentor junior developers, leading small teams of developers on projects
