Position: Siebel Functional Analyst.  

Location:  NJ

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Characteristics

1 Incident management; give advice and answer questions from Support end users for all the areas of Siebel Sales applications including customized Siebel areas in  business processes,  quoting (equipment & service), eConfigurator, product, pricing, orders, change orders and CRM (Accounts, Opportunities, Forecasts, Activities, Campaigns etc.).

2. Functional Lead Analyst on global projects.  Good Functional and Business analysis skills

3.Ability to work in the North American user's time zone 6AM to 6PM (GMT-8 hours), participate in teleconferences or web based meetings.

4. Support business demand peaks e.g. month-end support of system issues or project go-live

5. Registration of solutions and workarounds in a case registration system and maintain a FAQ database and other user documentation, as required

5.1 Candidates should have actually conducted and written regression tests and regression test scripts.
