~~ Technical Recruiters Network ~~ Need Java Tech Lead Developer

Duration - 6 + months
Java Tech Lead

Experience in implementing web services
Experience in spring and Hibernate
Client is currently mid-SDLC on an internal project with an external facing component. 

Client is bringing in house coding from 3rd party so there will be code review as well as coding from scratch required on this project.
Skills:  We need technical hands on person to act as lead and a coordinator for the off-shore team.
The person's skill set should include Design and Analysis, Java / J2EE,
Tomcat/Jboss based app development experience is a must and any additional development experience on IBM Websphere is a nice to have.

Must have database schema design experience Please note that this is more of a developer/lead role with coordination experience and not a PM role.
Any database experience is ok, although special attention will be given to candidates with Oracle / MySQL / SQL database development.
Experience coordinating onsite / offshore teams is MUST.
Ideally candidate will have been through at least 1 full SDLC in the
capacity of an onsite / offshore lead.
