Project needs someone with IS-U/CCS experience, plus CRM 7 at a Utility.

 

Position: SAP - CRM - Akron, OH                                           

Project Role: Technical Analyst

Industry: Energy-Regulated Utilities

Project Description: Phase Two:

SAP CRM 7.0, SAP IS-U implementation

 

Phase One:

Implementation of ESS/MSS functionality to compliment the client's existing SAP HR implementation

- 1/1/07: project is in preparation phase

Environment: SAP (All Modules)

 

IMPORTANT

This is a higher level that we are looking for, so a higher level of experience is required.

 

ROLE

Team Lead

 

Contractor role: SAP CRM  assessment team member

Day to day responsibilities: SAP CRM Functional /technical assessment for movement to CRM WEB IC from ECC CIC0, blueprinting, some configuration/development of SAP CRM Web IC, assessment of technical gaps with CRM 7 Web IC for a utility company

 

Years of experience: Ideally 4+

 

Expected Deliverables: SAP CRM assessment, SAP CRM upgrade blueprint

 

Required Skills:

•        SAP CRM Web IC / IC Web Client Configuration or Development experience

•        Experience with SAP IS-U / Utilities / CCS or Energy clients preferred but not required

•        SAP CRM Web IC upgrade experience preferred
