Oracle Financial Functional Analyst will be the Oracle SME for Accounts Payables (AP) Module. Analyze requirements with Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services, configure Oracle modules, and design Oracle HIGLAS extensions, reports and interfaces. Independently conduct Oracle demonstrations and be responsible for Fit / Gap analysis.  Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle modules. Candidate should have very good knowledge of Oracle AP Setups and functionality. Candidate should have some knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting. This work effort also includes the following tasks ·          Provide Management Reporting for progress and status for all Business related Work Products / Deliverables ·          Develop or leverage the existing management processes and procedures and Work with all stakeholders to facilitate project  integration

Functional AP Analyst Functional Solution Design of AP Gaps Module Configuration of AP module Federal Implementation of Oracle Financials Year End and Quarter End Procedures and Processes   Required: Excellent communications skills Very Strong in Oracle Federal Financial PO Module of Oracle Apps 11i Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in complete life cycle of a complex Oracle Application project.  Must be able to work onsite. Able to multitask and work across many teams.     Preferred: Experience in tracking, statusing and reporting tasks/activities using Microsoft Projects Experience in conducting work-group meetings including presentations for Federal Clients
