• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in Software Configuration Management, Software
Development, Quality Engineering or equivalent field
• 2+ years experience with at least 1 major source control systems or
equivalent modern SCM system
• 2+ years experience with a scripting tool (preferably Bash) Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical, time management and organizational skills
• Detail orientation
• Self-motivated, work well in a team structure or independently
• Must be able to work effectively under intense pressure during
critical business crisis.
• Flexible with the ability to work on multiple projects
simultaneously with aggressive schedules
• Knowledge of Programming, CM practices and Release Management.
• Experience with JAVA, Unix, WebLogic
• Experience with CMMI and ISO models a plus
• Experience with Relational databases such as Oracle a plus
• Understand advanced source control techniques: versioning,
branching, and merging.
