Title: QA Tester with Business Objects
Location: Herndon, VA
Duration: 6-12 Months

Strong Experience with Business Objects MUST HAVE
  
QA Testing Analyst II acts as a key participant in application analysis,
test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test
execution, defect tracking and reporting. The candidate may also be required
to train end users.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the Analysis of software applications and computer systems

• Will modify and create test scripts, cases and plans to support software
testing activities
• Will perform software testing of software applications and computer
systems based on defined requirements
• Will meet with Business Analysts and End Users to define, document and
review functional and technical requirements

SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILL SETS
• Strong experience with SQL
• Experience with DOORS for functional requirements
• Strong Experience with Business Objects
• Experience with Quality Center for test case management and defect
tracking
• Must possess excellent documentation and QA methodology skills as they
relate to Test Planning, Design, Execution and Results analysis
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent Analysis, Problem Solving, Time Management Skills
• Must possess experience performing structured quality assurance analyst
duties including, but not limited to the following:
• Requirements analysis and decomposition
• Prioritization of test-related tasks
• Test Design and Test Plan development
• Writing and executing of Test Cases
• Manual Test Execution
• Data Validation
• Defect Tracking; entry and reporting
• Test Status & Metrics Reporting
