Project Title         : Data Architect

Duration                : 6 Months

Location                 : Sacramento, CA or Ann Arbor, MI

Rate                          : Open

 

She/he will design and build relational databases for data storage or processing. 

 

Requirements:

 

·         5 years exp as a data architect for multi-terabyte data warehouse projects (healthcare preferred)

·         5 years exp w/ ERwin Enterprise Data Modeler Suite, normalized and dimensional modeling.

·         Understanding of indexing, partitioning and data design performance considerations for industry standard DBMS (Oracle 9i and later)

·         Will performance tune SQL and implement indexes, partitions, etc; develop PL/SQL packages

·         Understanding of ETL design and development best practices

·         Data warehouse design and development  best practices.
