The following are the minimum requirements for consideration.
8-12 years of industry experience (Hedge Fund/Capital markets)
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience of developing Windows/Web Forms, User/Custom Controls, Windows Services, OOP using C#
4+ years of experience in developing asp.net web pages, master pages, user controls using ASP.NET
4+ years developing projects using Web Services/SOA, XML, XSLT, AJAX, CSS, and JavaScript
6+ years experience designing and developing applications with any Relational Database. Good knowledge of SQL.
4+ years acting as a development lead for a team of 5+ developers
Strong communication skills. Ability to lead whiteboard sessions, create technical specifications and architecture, outline frameworks.

Extensive knowledge in enterprise software development life-cycle. Proven expertise in software architecture design on Microsoft .NET framework platform
Provide detailed architecture analysis, design and direction on the development activities for the system. Lead the effort to validate all architecture anomalies to conclusion
Visual Studio 2008/2010 experience with WPF, WCF and Silverlight exposure and other skills like LINQ & Entity Framework
Experience with test-driven development using a unit testing framework such as NUnit
Experience with automated builds and deployment processes in Windows environment such as CruiseControl
Sharepoint 2007/2010 Experience
Project Management Experience
