Provide support in developing and implementing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of  web-site and web applications.

Skills desired:
One or more web application frameworks: PHP, Rails, Grails, Java Server Page(JSP)/Java Servlets
Web front end technologies: Javascript, AJAX (ex jQuery), CSS
XML based technologies: XML/XSLT/XPath
Web Services: SOAP and/or RESTful
DBMS: MySql, Postgress
Experience: 2-3 projects/engagements using some combination of the above skills.
