Job Title	:	SharePoint Architect  -For DD engagement
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	8-10 years' experience in architecting solutions on Microsoft platform(.Net Web Application and SharePoint Portal Applications) and with a passion for Microsoft Technologies Expertise in integration and migration of enterprise applications
Necessary Skills	:	Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Able to communicate with client SPOC and managers. Able to communicate with client SME's on the SharePoint application space.
Desired Skills		Have strong understanding of the Microsoft technologies .Net framework 2.0/3.0/3.5, Microsoft SharePoint server 2007/2010,  SQL Server 2005/2008, Microsoft Project Server` ·         Understanding the information needs of the users and developing functional specifications and test cases for the changes required by them. ·         Helping define architectures and establish technology roadmaps for customers ·         Understanding of SharePoint 2007/2010 capabilities for Portal applications. ·         Knowledge on Microsoft Platform capabilities (.Net framework, Silverlight, Performance Point Server etc.,)
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Designing and implementing n tier distributed application based on Microsoft technologies ASP.net and MOSS 2007/2010 (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server) Delivered high end solutions with various technologies starting from a standalone Windows C# application to building Enterprise solution on SharePoint Server with integration to Microsoft Project Server ·         Tracking and collecting key data and metrics for project engagements. Capacity Planning for SharePoint implementation and migration. ·         Expertise in Enterprise Integration and Business Workflow Management ·         Providing technical solution required for assignment. ·         Expertise in integration and migration of enterprise applications ·         Expertise in SharePoint 2010 migration of enterprise applications/portals
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Able to plan/track tasks/activities Able to give the solution Able to understating of client business needs on the technology
