Job Description:

Essential Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in the IBM MQ, JMS on Operating systems (AIX, Solaris (5+ years)
• Experience of work in Production Support role (5+ years) and
• Basic Mainframe operations
• Should be capable of taking up L3 tasks like consultancy, configuration review, etc
• Understanding Java diagnostics & debugging (JRE, log4j, program start, no programming!) is preferred
• Experience in complex server based environments
• Exposure to enterprise systems - clustering, DR, security
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Capability to be able to help clients to tune their environment is mandatory.

Secondary Technical Skills:

• Secure File Transfer (SFTP,SCP , FTPS)
• Mainframe (DB2 database specifics, COBOL, JCL, Mainframe console,
• Websphere MQ
• ITIL
