Required Skills:
* Min. experience of 10 yr. required with some recent experience in a large bank or financial institution
* Oracle 10g and 11g Database Administration and Management on Linux environments
* Strong development and production support experience within a large financial organization & good communication skills
* Proven track record in supporting development and production activities simultaneously in a large environment
* Oracle Database Tuning and Performance - AWR, ADDM, ASH and UNIX native commands
* Oracle DataGuard Physical Standby configuration, build and support including DataGuard Broker
* Storage considerations for Oracle Database Performance
* Oracle backup and recovery configuration and procedures using RMAN
* Oracle Exadata experience a huge plus
* Must be able to work after hours and on weekend frequently
