Jr Technical Recruiters : 3 Positions (Min 1 -2+ year's exp with excellent communication skills)
Account Managers : 2 Positions (Min 2+ year's work exp as an Account Manager)
Location : Hyderabad
Salary : Best in the industry with other benefits such as PF, LTA and others etc. along with performance incentives.
The ideal candidate should have:
·Bachelors Degree or higher with a minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in IT Staffing industry managing business development and account management role for esteemed client(s)
·Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with various levels (Must Have)
·Complete understanding and experience of Vendor Management System
·Ability to manage high volume client requirements, and ability to submit qualified candidates within a matter of minutes
·Strong organization, time management and relationship building skills
·Self-driven, ability to work independently, competitive and passion for winning
·Team player
·Result oriented
·Success driven
·Ability to persuade
