HCSS Change Management Team Lead

Sacramento, CA

12+ months contract

 

Required

At least five (5) years’ experience with process improvement and organizational management;

Experience supporting deployment or change management efforts for technology solutions to non-technical end-users at multiple sites;

Experience implementing technology solutions in a correctional environment;

Experience working with technology solutions that impact multiple staff levels (e.g., professional, analytical, clerical, etc.);

Experience providing organizational and efficiency improvements via procedural change(s), organizational change(s), and/or more effective use of information technology;

Experience analyzing business processes and recommending opportunities for improvement and refinement;

Experience developing organizational and/or technical improvement plan(s) with specific action items clearly defined;

Experience developing measurements to evaluate effectiveness of improvements; and

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience working in a correctional health care environments (e.g., federal, state, and/or county-based);

Experience with web-based learning management systems;

Experience with IT projects supporting correctional environments and processes;

At a minimum, a baccalaureate degree in a related field of study from an accredited U.S. college or university; and

Ability to work in a team environment and/or to work independently.
