Position:  QA Analyst

Location: Maynard, MA

Duration: 6 + months

 

 

Job Function:  Involved in Full Life Cycle of QA Process

 

Responsibilities:

• Load, performance, and functional testing of new products/product features as well as regression testing of existing functionality.
• Writing, reviewing, and updating product test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
• All tiers of testing; manual, automated, front -end, back-end.
• Execution of test plans and test cases.
• Reporting bugs and tracking status through resolution system.
• Build and maintain test tools and test applications to perform functional, load and performance testing.

• Work closely with development team & product development staff to ensure quality and timely execution as per the Delivery plan.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of the investor relations industry and keep apprised of its regulations and updates.

Skill set:

• 7+ years experience with QA testing or related functions
• Experience with .NET/SQL development and testing
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools (preferred).
• Experience with automated testing tools (preferred)
• Superior organizational skills

• Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative thinker.
• Self-motivated and intellectually curious.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and execute in a dynamic environment, adjusting appropriately to changes to business, resource or product priorities.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies a plus
