Looking for someone who has experience with a commission systems. If they don’t have Callidus Truecomp experience that is fine, but looking for someone with experience with a similar system.

 

No candidates we have seen thus far are a fit for this manager.

 

Informatica Developer

 

Integration/Interface Developer Position Description: This is the interface developer position for the commissions application management team.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Serve as an interface developer for the commissions application  Work with the application team to assist in meeting corporate objectives through enablement and enhancements of the incentive compensation systems inbound and outbound interfaces  Assist in formulating the interface solution design of the commissions application  Analyze business requests and how they impact systems inbound and outbound data needs  Working on problems of complex scope where the analysis of situations or data requires the review of a variety of factors  Formulating interface needs and recommendations based on service levels and best practices Work Activities Include:  System Operations o Ensure monthly processing, payment, and delivery of inbound and outbound data meet business needs o Ensure correct processing of all inbound and outbound interfaces o Assist in handling requests and end-user support generated from the incentive compensation system as they apply to inbound or outbound data sources  Broke/Fix Management o Analyze identified interface requests through validating technical impacts and effort o Assist in estimation of work efforts of broke/fix items for interfaces o Work with team members to define solutions for broke/fix requests  Enhancements o Assist in system requirements gathering o Develop conceptual and technical solution designs o Build and unit test defined interfaces o Assist in the estimation of work efforts for interface enhancements 

 

Job Requirements:

Must- Have Skills/ Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent  One to two years of interface development with Informatica  Experience in Callidus TrueComp preferred or similar application  Skilled in Oracle, PL/SQL, and stored procedure development  Skilled in Unix (AIX) and shell scripting  Experience in the software delivery lifecycle Nice-To-Have Skills/ Qualifications:  Experience and/ or training in the Rational Suite of products  Experience with Control M or other batch scheduling tools  Experience in the Health Insurance Industry
