Skill Set Requirements: Technical • Crystal Reports Development skills • .Net Development skills (prefer C#) • Crystal SDK expertise • Experience building standards for application architecture on the Crystal SDK Analysis • Ability to dig into an application with minimal oversight and be able to document the details • Ability to understand the "black box" on how the integration works and be able to document how it works • Ability to analyze the general approach to Crystal SDK integration with .Net used at and be able to develop standards for the best approach based on how is using the SDK. • Ability to recommend the best approach to bringing current applications into the preferred standard. Communication • Written o Strong Technical Writing o Strong Documentation Skills o Can communicate effectively and clearly in writing o Experience building training documentation o Ability to write documentation in a way where both technical experts and management can understand the documentation. o Ability to think through the details and ensure details are documented •
