Job Description:

Must haves:

Look for folks who have coding experience in "VOIP",
• Knowledge in C++, C# and Java required.
• Excellent Communication skill.
• Extensive experience interfacing with PBX/IVR/ICM/ACD/VOIP technology
• Client Computing Experience with Microsoft products, for supporting desktop on XP, Win7, I E 7, I E 8, Office ..)
•Experience with code/component unit testing.

Scope of Work
Lead developer in migrating existing application components to run in Citrix (thin-client) environment. This includes: analyses, design, unit testing and release tracking for CWSAgent, DITS and NICE monitor components.
