Req Details:
Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with Web Application and ITIL experience.
Description: Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to
ensure the delivery of quality interfaces to a new ITIL software
application. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test
case automation and test execution. Defines and tracks quality assurance
metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.
Documents all Interface problems and assists in their resolution.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a college graduate with Computer
Science or similar technical degree and would have a minimum of 4-5 years of
experience with:
· Testing Web Technologies or web-based scripting technology (XML, HTML,
JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
· Testing Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
· Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies
· Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
· Working knowledge of relational databases
· Use of testing tools such as Mercury Quality Center

Experience in these areas is a plus:
· Testing Web Services integrations
· Experience with Service-Now.com configuration or implementation
· Experience testing other SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.com a plus

QA tester with a development background.
Candidate should be proficient with testing methodologies preferably
iterative approach.
The candidate must be proficient with SQL, UNIX/LINUX, and messaging
technologies preferably TIBCO.
The candidate need to have development background either in Java or C++.
All this experience needs to be current.
