SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline is preferred, a degree in technology is a plus
: At least three years of experience in a systems environment, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
: Requires specific knowledge of project management skills in a technology environment.
: Knowledge of securities industry and/or related financial services experience.
: Strong planning and project organization skills. Negotiation, decision making, problem solving, influencing skills.
: Broad knowledge of the firm and key functions.
: Strong judgment and leadership skills.
: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
: Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high pressure, high volume environment.
: Effectively use Microsoft Office applications and PC proficiency in Windows-based programs.
