Role: Application Support / Quality Assurance Analyst

Location : Ft. Worth, TX.

Duration : 6 plus months (possible of Extension)

Job Description:

 

• Provide Help Desk support using ServiceNow for Database/Web applications, of which a major focus is support and provide customers knowledgeable, "how to use" assistance.
• Provide user assistance for national applications (i.e., password reset, and/or referral to appropriate level for handling).
• Use, support, and incorporate social media including Chatter and Salesforce, as well as provide support for the use of Google Apps
• Experienced working with XHTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and multiple web browsers
• Experience with Web Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience conducting Independent Verification and validation of Software Systems (IV&V),
• Experience conducting defect triage meetings, testing of software systems using UNIX, Oracle,

XHTML, Oracle Weblogic

• Experience testing Java and .NET Applications.
• Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment

• Oracle Database Server 10G, 11G
• SQL Server
• Microsoft Access 2003 – 2007
• Java, PHP, ASP .Net
• HTML/CSS/Javacscript

 

• Microsoft Office Visio 2007
• Microsoft Office Suite 2007/2010
• Microsoft Project 2007 (Professional)

Minimum work experience required:  5-7 years

Minimum education and training required:  Associate Degree

Minimum education and training preferred:  B.S.
