Fwd: HR Technology Change Management Coordinator- Atlanta, GA

Hello,

 

We have an urgent requirement for the following position with one of our clients.

 

Skill Set                        :           Change Management Coordinator

Responsibilities            :

     The Change Management Coordinator will work with Change Manager to provide support and coordination for HR Technology Projects.

     Support creation and maintenance of detailed change management plans (including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, etc).

     Support creation and maintenance of key decision, issue, and risk documentation as it relates to change management activities.

     Support coordination of stakeholders (in partnership with the CM).

     Create and deliver status reporting.

     Maintain and organize change documentation on the project SharePoint site(s), ensuring documentation is appropriately collected, posted and secured.

     Coordinate scheduling of meetings and securing meeting facilitation resources as needed.
