We are looking for Java SIP Developer – Location – Philadelphia, PA – 6 – 12 Months Contract Position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Should have working knowledge of
o JAVA SIP programming
o SIP protocols and interworking
o SIP Open Source stacks,
o Agile/lean development methodologies.
o Understanding of industry technologies - IMS, IPV4/IPV6 etc
· 2+ yrs in Telecommunications or related engineering (5+ yrs overall).
· Has basic industry technical knowledge (Cable / Telecom / Voice Telephony Engineering)
· BS or MS in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or acceptable combination of equivalent post secondary education and experience will be considered
· Software development and integration support to the internally developed BGCF (IMS/3GPP Compliant Border Control Function) including:
· Develop and Document High-Level Design and Detailed Design
· Develop the software as per the design and the requirements
· Unit test the software for design and quality conformance
· Support Proof of Concept (PoC) testing of BGCF solution software with Customer's IMS network elements
· Support defect resolution
· Weekly status reporting to the management
· Onsite Technical Support to vendors and Quality Assurance (QA) teams
· Open, update and maintain Modification Requests (MRs)
· Organization Marketing Statement
