Job Title: IBM Emptoris Consultant
Duration of Hiring : 6+ months

Emptoris Specific skills:
* Techno-Functional ECM (Emptoris Contract Management & Sourcing) expert (min experience of 6 years with ECM & other Emptoris modules)
* Produce solution design and documentation for complex enterprise applications with expert attention to all architectural qualities for various line-of-business applications
* Mapping of customer contract management processes to ECM product framework and suggest improvements from industry common practices perspective
* Holds ECM Implementation (hands-on) experience including setting up of master data (manual data or integrated with ERP systems)
* Exposure & understanding of hosted solutions
* Responsible for conception of solutions, building consensus with customer teams and execution of solutions
* Providing technical and architectural leadership for ECM and Sourcing implementation
* Finalizes the data migration (legacy contracts conversion to ECM) and integration approaches and design
* Expertise in various ECM technical components – workflows/approval flows, user management, access control setup, configuration of users vs organization structure, building templates and implementing categorization, interview wizards, standard and fast bulk load utilities, defining and configuring custom metadata/attributes, custom code changes to core ECM screens
* Conducting solution architecting or business requirements design workshops with customer IT and business teams
* Conducting data migration of legacy contracts, external party and product/services master data
* Preparing project specific deliverables from functional as well as technical stand point (e.g. FS/TS documents, business requirements documents, testing & training documents etc)
* Provides functional leadership on enterprise applications, while creating solution architecture deliverables consistent with architecture standards and best practices
* Provides application architectures and leads technical design sessions including the creation of high fidelity architecture artifacts ensuring architecture standards are followed and maintained.
* Recommends changes in process, policies and standards relating to architecture principles and innovation
* Teams with business users to promote business process improvements, identify data integrity issues and implement proactive solutions
* Provides cost-efficient, high-quality, client-focused solutions, according to established policies, procedures and processes of the customer organizations
* Contributes to the implementation of innovative project solutions through hands-on development and/or configuration activities
* Enforces standards, procedures, and methodologies in the software development life cycle
* Supports the test planning process and facilitation of the integration & user acceptance test plan
* Ability to analyze and fix system performance issues
* Provide focused ECM training to customer IT team & business users (VSM and Contract Management Administration , System configuration, Reporting etc)
* Build custom training documentation
Basic Skills:
* 10 to 14 years of experience in leading architecture, design, integration projects and implementation projects
* Strong knowledge of Enterprise Web Application development, Java/J2EE, HTML, Oracle and Linux
* Ability to understand structured documents like contracts, document templates etc
* Ability to document and understand requirements related to data migration/interfaces
* Experience writing requirements and design specifications for Data Migration/Integration projects.
* Experience developing plan for performance analysis, test scripts, execution and reporting performance results with recommendations
* Ability to understand process flows
* Project management & team leading/mentoring skills
* Demonstrates leadership traits by instilling the culture of execution, operational excellence and accountability
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned
* Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
