Must have Skills    •         MS Office Plug-in Development  •         Proper understanding and application of OOPS Concepts.  •         Working experience in .Net  o   Winforms  o   WPF  o   Collections  o   Threads  o   Generics  o   Serialization  o   Garbage Collection  o   LINQ  o   Anonymous methods  o   Lambda expressions  •         Inter Process Communication Techniques  •         Good understanding of MS Office PIAs (Primary Interop Assemblies)  •         Developed applications using VSTO  •         Web Services development (REST/SOAP)  •         Basic understanding and usage of Design Patterns  •         Experience in handling multi-threaded Systems and understanding of locking  and thread Synchronization techniques  •         Good problem solving skills     Nice to have Skills  •         Experience in working with COM  •         Experience in developing Web Services  •         Working knowledge in NAnt build files  •         Knowledge in Unit Testing Frameworks such as NUnit  •         Basic DB knowledge  •         Experience using SVN/VSS/TFS  •         Experience in developing technical designs
