Senior PeopleSoft Finance Developer

 

Work Location   Coppell, TX

Duration              6 months

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Finance

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 and above

• Multi-currency experience is a plus

• Purchase Order is experience is plus

Roles and responsibility

The Senior PeopleSoft Developer applies technical PeopleSoft knowledge to the design and customization of PeopleSoft finance modules to meet the company's requirements

• Facilitates the process of gathering and documenting user/project requirements

• Responsible for providing expertise and best practice recommendations to business owners

•  Must have an excellent technical/functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, AM, T&E and Real Estate Management)

• Designs and  codes from functional requirement documents

• Must have experience in SQR, Crytal, nVision, PeopleCode and Application Package

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills     

• Experience with PeopleSoft AR

• Experience with PeopleSoft AP

• Experience with PeopleSoft GL

• Experience with PeopleSoft AM

• Experience with PeopleSoft T&E

• Experience with Integration Broker

• Experience with Canadian Taxes GST/HST and VAT is a plus

• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business users

• Demonstrated expertise in providing technical support of financial modules

• Demonstrated experience in PeopleSoft Workflow

Total experience in required skill (years)               ~5+ years
