• Provide and apply Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Siebel best practices to process and system implementations as the Siebel functional subject matter expert (SME)

 

• Plan, prepare and facilitate customer workshops/interviews to collect, analyze and document business requirements, business processes, business rules and workflows

. Map them to functional solutions.

 

• Document use cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and end-user training materials

 

• Plan and participate in UAT, end-user training and production support

 

• Provide leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing

 

• Understand and apply Siebel eRoadmap methodology

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas of study

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience

• Minimum 3 years of Siebel business analyst experience in implementing at least 2 full lifecycle Siebel implementations

 

• Experience in Siebel Helpdesk/Call Center in version 7.7 or higher

 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

• Oracle Certified Siebel 8.x training

 

• Working functional knowledge with some combination of Siebel CRM, Finance, Call Center, and ERP OBIA applications is highly preferred"

• Knowledge of Siebel Analytics

 

• Knowledge of Siebel Retail Bamking Sector

 

• Certification Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3

• Familiarity with online collaboration and remote support tools such as WebEx, Sametime, etc.

 

• Certification in Siebel 8.x

 

• Good working knowledge of Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM)

Experience and/or knowledge of the integration of Siebel with other systems
