MUST HAVE AT LEAST: 

•5+ years of Javascript, Java/J2EE application development experience 
•Experience delivering web-based technology solutions to meet business needs 
•3+ years of experience with Spring and Apache 
•Experience with Maven or a similar build tool 

NICE TO HAVE: 
•Experience with WSDL, SOAP, Webservices, XML Schemas, JDBC,WebSphere, Hibernate, JQuery, JMS, JSP, Maven, CQ5, HTML
