Role       :              Performance Tester

Duration:             2+ Months

Location:             Orlando, FL

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Join performance testing calls, analyze various logs and identify performance bottlenecks, direct defects to correct teams and follow through to closure.  

Write ad-hoc scripts in unix environment to triage the defects. 

Has to have past experience in analyzing various levels of architecture and think creatively to narrow down the performance bottlenecks.


Ability to understand Java code quickly and identify potential memory issues and performance concerns. 
Versatile with wily and probe or similar profiling tools.
Understanding of HTTP1.1 protocol with deep knowledge of caching. 
Experience in ReST and SOA architecture. Good level of sql developer level experience. 
Experience with shell scripting in unix environment. 
Ability to analyze the logs and provide good summary of all the problems.
oft Skills: Good communication skills, Good leadership qualities in driving the effort, willing to learn quickly and very good presentation skills.
