Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Madison/WI

Duration: 6 Months

Interview Mode: Phone & Skype 

Skills Required:

Must have: Data Governance experience !!!

·     Guides the development and implementation of data governance policy, procedures, and tactics.

·     Assists in the development of data governance organizational structure (roles, responsibilities, etc.)

·     Responsible for leading and facilitating communication with business customers, it staff, and other stakeholders.

·     Completes analysis of present state data governance, using this analysis to make recommendations for future state data governance that is in accordance with best practices.

·     Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives in support of dcf data governance.

·     Analyzes data governance requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing processes: confers with personnel at all levels, uniting stakeholders to analyze current business procedures, identify issues, understand areas of potential improvement, and implement improvements.

·     Works with the team lead and manager to determine a detailed and prioritized list of objectives and activities for current and future projects.

·     Uses technical knowledge and hands on experience with data protection technologies (database security, data encryption, masking, etc) to analyze present state and make recommendations for future state.

·     Business analyst capabilities with 4 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks.
