Title: QA Tester

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 12+ Months contract

Required Skills:
1.   Extensive experience in Manual testing.
2.   Experience with automated test tools. Ability to run and maintain test
      automation scripts.
3.   Experience testing Web Applications, Database and Services Testing
4.   Highly skilled individuals with the ability to lead automation and work
      with Test Lead to determine what should be automated and what test
      data needs to be set up.
5.   Strong/Senior QA application and system testing experience
      - including testing automation for regression testing
      - extensive understanding of Application, System, End to End Testing
      - extensive experience in documenting QA defined deliverables e.g.
        Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test cases
      - strong knowledge of QA Best Practices and testing methodologies
      - strong Knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance Best Practices
      - strong testing estimation skills
      - strong understanding of dependencies within an IT organization
6.   Strong abilities creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
7.   Methodical research skills
8.   Independent, self-starter with good work ethic
9.   Accuracy is important
10. Team player who works well with others 11. Excellent communication & documentation skills 12. Quick learner 13. Strong analytical skills 14. Strong testing estimation skills
