Minimum 7-8 years of experience

Coordinate with Customer and offshore

Customer expectation management based on SOW and project plan

Work closely with source system SME and Users to define business rules

Ability to translate business requirements  to specifications

Review offshore deliverables – Design documents , Test cases and Resolution

Ensure successful deployment of code into customer environment and coordinate with any internal customer groups
