Job title: SR. Business Analyst

Job Location: Quincy, MA

Duration: 3 - 6 Months Contract

Industry: Health Care insurance

The Business Analyst responsibilities include:

 

Interview clients, and identify and validating business needs and requirements 

Participate and in some cases lead requirements workshops/JAD sessions to identify business needs and requirements

Document current business processes, business flows, rules and artifacts, and propose To-Be/Future business processes, business flows, rules and artifacts

Produce detailed requirements documents, including use cases and requirements traceability matrices 

Produce wireframes, screen flows, prototypes

Formulate test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test data, as required

 

Required Skills are as Follows:

 

Minimum of 6 years of experience: 

Working with clients in formal requirements gathering sessions (e.g., JAD sessions), as well as informal requirements sessions (e.g., one-on-one meetings)

Experience in coming up with Business Process Models

Prototyping user interface designs

Working in a collaborative environment with clients and consultants 

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong knowledge using business requirements and office productivity tools (e.g., Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 

 

Desired Skills are as Follows: 

 

Experience with Health Industry, Insurance Industry, State Government
